Peak Conditioning offers private personal training program for teenage boys (13+) with age appropriate exercise prescription in a non competitive environment. This program aims to establish lifelong fitness, meet individuals goals, teach exercise safety and increase confidence. In addition, helping to manage weekly independent fitness.

Fitness Component Training sessions teach and implement primary and secondary components of fitness based on an individuals needs including body composition, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular health, nutrition, speed, agility, balance, coordination, reaction time, power, core, and posture. Helping the client plan their overall fitness is also covered including sports etc. to ensure balance. Programs are uniquely individualized using parameters including:

Teens exercise history, learning style, personality, interests, fitness level, mental preparedness, goals, developmental stage, age, sport involvement, teens input, parents input and more.

Confidence component - Increased confidence can be a natural by product of an exercise program. In addition, confidence building strategies can be employed based on an adolescents needs. Program can also be beneficial for character development and self esteem. Even exercise selection is important in promoting self esteem based on the individuals physical capabilities and limitations.
